Johnson Controls is showcasing a portfolio of AI-enabled security technologies and managed services at Global Security Exchange (GSX) 2026 in Atlanta as building operators face growing demands for connected and resilient security systems.
The company is presenting its latest solutions at the Sept. 14-16 security industry event, including updates to its exacqVision video management platform and Software House C•CURE IQ security system. The technologies are designed to help organizations monitor facilities, identify security events and coordinate responses across connected environments.
Johnson Controls is highlighting exacqVision 26.2, the latest version of its video management system. The platform includes a redesigned web client intended to provide security teams with broader visibility across camera networks and AI-driven insights that can support faster identification of events.
The company is also introducing Software House C•CURE IQ 3.20. The web-based platform brings video management, incident response, reporting and analytics into a unified environment.
The updated platform provides customizable insights based on user requirements and offers spatially aware information to help security teams prioritize incidents. Johnson Controls is also demonstrating C•CURE IQ Video as a standalone solution, providing additional deployment flexibility for organizations.
Other technologies being demonstrated include KTES2, a smart video intercom system for tenant, visitor and property access, as well as new capabilities for the C•CURE IQ mobile application and C•CURE Cloud.
Johnson Controls is also using GSX 2026 to highlight its managed security services. The offering provides centralized monitoring, security expertise and operational support through a dedicated security operations center.
The company says the service is intended to help organizations maintain continuous security coverage while allowing internal teams to focus on higher-priority operational responsibilities.
Proactive Video Solutions are another focus of the company's GSX presence. These solutions combine video analytics with monitoring capabilities to help identify potential risks and improve visibility across facilities.
The company is also displaying new Illustra multisensor camera options, including panoramic, multisensor fixed and 360-degree varifocal models. A special KT-40 Anniversary Kit is being offered at the event to mark 40 years of the Kantech solution suite.
C•CURE IQ 3.20 is currently available, while exacqVision 26.2 is scheduled for release later in 2026.
The growing integration of AI, video analytics, access control and cloud technologies is changing how building owners and facility operators manage security. Johnson Controls' latest offerings reflect the industry's shift toward connected security platforms that can provide centralized visibility, automate aspects of incident detection and support faster responses across complex facilities.
