Kelvin Enfinger Named 2025 Chair of ABC Florida

The Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Florida has named Kelvin Enfinger, Vice President and Partner at Greenhut Construction Company in Pensacola, as the 2025 Chair of its Board.

Enfinger, a long-time member of the Florida construction industry, brings a wealth of experience to the role. Having worked in the construction field as a tradesman, Enfinger progressed to a leadership role at Greenhut, where he now oversees over $650 million in diverse projects spanning retail, healthcare, aviation, and education sectors.

ABC of Florida, which represents over 2,000 member companies across five state chapters, is the largest commercial construction association in Florida. The organization plays a significant role as the “voice of commercial construction” in the state’s legislative processes.

In addition to his new role as Chair, Enfinger is an active member of ABC’s National Tech and Innovation Committee and the National Free Enterprise Alliance Committee. His professional commitment extends to several boards, including NAIOP Northwest Florida, FloridaWest EDA, and BRACE in Escambia County. Enfinger is also a member of the University of West Florida Construction Management Advisory Council and a past Chair of the ABC North Florida Board in 2024.
