Police Facility Renovation Scope

Designed by BKV Group, the renovation covers the two-story, 120,000-square-foot police department.

The upgraded facility includes new holding cells and office areas designed for police department operations. The project also features a new sally port with a controlled and secure entry area to support the movement of personnel and vehicles.

Additional work includes underground parking and upgrades to the facility’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Construction Program

Construction began in March 2025 as part of the redevelopment of the existing police department facility.

The combination of secure spaces, law enforcement-specific areas, parking infrastructure and building-system improvements required the renovation to address both operational and facility requirements.
