Kraus-Anderson is expanding its leadership team with five new hires as the Minneapolis-based construction and real estate company strengthens capabilities across several strategic markets. The appointments span healthcare, marketing, K-12 education, real estate advisory, and inclusion and diversity.
Sydney Diekmann has joined Kraus-Anderson as national director of healthcare. She brings experience in healthcare facility and capital planning, including work with healthcare executives and boards on major facility investments and long-term growth strategies.
Jamie Jansen has been appointed managing director of marketing. She brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience and will oversee branding, marketing and communications as KA continues to develop its market presence.
Josie Johnson joins as director of business development for K-12 education. Her background includes more than a decade of school leadership and operations, including coordinating renovation projects with school districts, facilities teams and construction partners.
Ericka Miller has been named director of real estate advisory. She brings 25 years of experience in real estate, development and capital investment across office, industrial and healthcare sectors. Her role will focus on helping clients evaluate development opportunities, feasibility and project risks.
Ramona Wilson joins as inclusion and diversity ambassador. She brings three decades of experience in corporate diversity, workforce development and community engagement and will lead initiatives focused on attracting, retaining and advancing a diverse workforce.
Kraus-Anderson said the appointments are part of its investment in leadership and infrastructure as the company expands into new regions and markets.
The new roles align with several areas of activity important to construction and real estate firms, including healthcare capital planning, education construction, development advisory services and workforce strategy.
For contractors and developers, specialized leadership can help companies respond to increasingly complex project requirements and market opportunities. Healthcare and K-12 projects, in particular, require close coordination among owners, facilities teams, designers and construction partners.
