Based in Durham, North Carolina, Kaufmann will manage assigned projects across the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. His responsibilities include overseeing safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures, as well as coordinating the broader functions required to deliver projects.

Kaufmann brings more than 15 years of construction industry experience. His background spans commercial, industrial, federal and multifamily projects, including work ranging from commercial renovations to large-scale industrial developments.
