Construction firms continue investing in internal talent development as the industry seeks experienced project management professionals to oversee increasingly complex projects. LeChase Construction Services has announced a leadership promotion supporting its operations in New York.
LeChase Construction Services has promoted Nate Hayes to assistant project manager in its Corning, New York, office.
In his new position, Hayes will assist with managing projects through preconstruction, active construction and project closeout. His responsibilities include construction planning, safety coordination, cost control and oversight of assigned project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Hayes joined LeChase Construction Services in 2023 as a project engineer and has worked on projects across the Corning region.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Supervision and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Building Construction from Alfred State College.
The promotion reflects LeChase's continued focus on developing internal leadership to support project delivery across its regional operations.
As construction activity remains strong across multiple market sectors, contractors continue expanding project management teams to strengthen execution, safety oversight and client service. Promoting experienced field and engineering personnel into management roles helps contractors retain institutional knowledge while building leadership capacity for future projects.
