The Oak Hill Country Club Master Plan Renovation & Expansion also received a Best Project Award, this time in the Sports/Entertainment category. The 85,000-square-foot program included 60,000 square feet of renovations and a 25,000-square-foot addition to the existing clubhouse. Improvements include a ballroom, pub, outdoor patios and expanded dining and event areas.

Performing Arts and Airport Facilities Recognized

The Rochester Institute of Technology Performing Arts Center received an Award of Merit in the Cultural/Worship category. The four-story, 50,000-square-foot facility includes a 750-seat theater with two balconies, along with rehearsal rooms, costume and scene shops, offices and public and backstage support areas. The project also incorporated a restored historic theater organ.

The Saratoga County Airport New Terminal Building and Jet Hangar received an Award of Merit in the Airport/Transit category. The project included a new fixed-base operator terminal and an adjacent 20,000-square-foot jet hangar. The terminal provides passenger and pilot facilities, a conference room, rental car counter and restaurant.

Recognition Across Multiple Construction Sectors

The four awards demonstrate the range of project types being delivered by LeChase across New York, from research and academic facilities to specialized aviation infrastructure.

For owners and construction teams, the recognition spans several capital-intensive building sectors where project coordination, specialized spaces and operational requirements are central to delivery. The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in New York City later in 2026.
