LeChase Launches Fifth Annual Field Excellence Program to Strengthen Construction Leadership

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — August 19, 2026 — LeChase Construction Services has launched its fifth annual Field Excellence Program, bringing together two dozen project managers and superintendents for the first of three leadership and professional development sessions.

The program began Aug. 11-12 at LeChase’s Rochester office and is hosted in partnership with FMI Consulting. It is designed to strengthen leadership capabilities, expand construction knowledge and encourage collaboration among field professionals across the company.

Building Field Leadership

Field Excellence is focused on developing the leadership and technical capabilities of construction professionals who manage projects in the field. The program also provides participants with opportunities to build relationships and share knowledge across LeChase’s regional operations.

Since its launch in 2019, the program has become an established component of LeChase’s professional development strategy for project managers and superintendents.

Three Sessions Planned for 2026

The 2026 program will consist of three two-day sessions conducted over the next three months. Following the Rochester kickoff, participants will reconvene in September at the JB Duke Hotel in Durham.

LeChase said previous Field Excellence participants have continued contributing across the organization, with many progressing into expanded responsibilities and new career opportunities.
