School districts across New York continue advancing phased renovation programs aimed at modernizing aging educational facilities while maintaining ongoing campus operations.
LeChase Construction Services recently joined Odessa-Montour Central School District officials and project partners to mark completion of a classroom renovation phase within the district’s broader capital improvement program. The milestone was recognized during a ribbon-cutting ceremony held June 9.
LeChase, operating through its Corning office, is serving as agency construction manager for the district’s renovation initiative, which spans multiple school buildings within the Odessa-Montour Central School District.
The recently completed work includes a block of updated classrooms delivered as part of the larger phased construction effort. Project teams continue coordinating renovations intended to improve educational environments and upgrade district facilities.
Representatives from LeChase attending the ceremony included Vice President Fred Thompson along with project team members Russ Robinson, Paul Cody and Andrew Knowles.
K-12 renovation programs remain active across the Northeast as school districts address modernization needs tied to aging infrastructure, classroom functionality and long-term operational improvements.
Phased construction delivery approaches are commonly used on occupied educational campuses to reduce disruptions during active school operations while allowing facility upgrades to proceed incrementally.
Construction managers overseeing district capital programs also continue coordinating scheduling, logistics and stakeholder communication across multi-building renovation efforts.
For construction owners, school districts and contractors, phased educational renovation projects require detailed coordination to maintain campus operations while advancing construction schedules across occupied facilities.
The Odessa-Montour program reflects continued investment in K-12 infrastructure improvements, a market segment that remains active as districts pursue long-term modernization and facility renewal strategies.
