NEWPORT BEACH, CA — September 16, 2025 — Level 3 Construction, Inc., a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily, hotel, mixed-use, and tenant improvement projects, has been awarded the contract to build out Nativa Interiors’ first showroom outside of San Diego, located in Newport Beach’s Corona del Mar Plaza at 984 Avocado Avenue.
The 5,000-square-foot showroom will showcase Nativa Interiors’ signature coastal modern aesthetic, offering luxury interior design and staging services for homeowners, designers, and real estate professionals. This marks an important milestone for Nativa Interiors as it expands its presence beyond San Diego, where it has established showrooms in Solana Beach and La Jolla.

Construction is scheduled to begin next week, with completion expected in approximately two months.
