Linbeck has relocated its Houston headquarters to a larger office in the Westchase District, marking a new phase for the construction company as it expands the space available for employees and client operations.
The new headquarters is located at 10350 Richmond Avenue, Suite 1400, in Houston, Texas. The move follows nearly 20 years at Linbeck’s Highland Village location and comes as the company continues serving complex projects across several building sectors.
The Westchase headquarters gives Linbeck additional space and a modern workplace environment to support its workforce and project activities. The relocation also establishes a new Houston base for the company after nearly two decades at its previous location.
Linbeck has maintained a presence in Houston while working across cultural, healthcare, education and commercial projects. The new facility is intended to provide the scale needed to support those operations and the clients served by the company.
Linbeck’s project portfolio spans multiple market segments, including cultural and civic facilities, healthcare, higher education, K-12 education, life sciences, historic projects, multifamily and hotels, offices and commercial buildings, sports and recreation, and community facilities.
The company also maintains offices in North Texas and Central Texas, giving Linbeck operations across multiple Texas markets. Its other listed offices are in Fort Worth and Austin.
