Seasonal Promotions Target Home Improvement Demand

Lowe’s is preparing an extended holiday sales period featuring tools, appliances, home improvement products and seasonal décor, with promotions beginning several weeks before Black Friday. The retailer announced its 2026 program Oct. 8, outlining a schedule of discounts and loyalty-member offers extending through Christmas Eve.

The promotional calendar begins Oct. 29 with Black Friday deals across multiple product categories, including power tools, appliances and outdoor power equipment. Lowe’s also plans to introduce daily offers through its expanded 12 Days of Deals program beginning Nov. 16.

Tools and Project Supplies Featured in the Lineup

The holiday assortment includes products from DEWALT, Kobalt and CRAFTSMAN, with offers covering power tools, tool sets, storage and project supplies. The retailer also plans promotions on flooring, cabinets, ladders and paint.

For contractors and tradespeople purchasing equipment or replenishing supplies, these categories overlap with products used in construction, maintenance and renovation work. However, the announcement does not specify dedicated contractor pricing or project-volume discounts associated with the seasonal campaign.

Lowe’s plans to provide MyLowe’s Rewards and MyLowe’s Pro Rewards members with early online access to select Black Friday Doorbusters on Nov. 26, one day before the offers become available to other shoppers on Nov. 27.

Retail Promotions and Construction Buyers

The extended promotion schedule gives customers additional opportunities to purchase tools and selected home improvement products during the holiday shopping period. For small contractors and maintenance professionals, the relevance will depend on the products offered, eligibility requirements and final sale prices.

Lowe’s has not disclosed projected sales from the holiday campaign or specific savings for construction businesses. The announcement primarily focuses on consumer holiday shopping, with tools and project-related merchandise forming part of a broader seasonal retail program.
