Guide Covers Communication and Industry Practices

The Communications Guide for Student Chapters is organized into individual resources that can be used as a complete collection or accessed separately.

One section introduces basic communication practices, including how to select between text messages, email and phone calls for different situations. Other materials address mechanical and plumbing terminology and common industry acronyms.
