McGough is expanding its business development presence in Texas with three new leaders whose backgrounds span construction, architecture, engineering, health care, technology, manufacturing and industrial sales.
The appointments are intended to strengthen the contractor’s relationships across Texas and connect clients with technical and project resources as the company pursues additional regional opportunities. McGough operates local offices in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and Lubbock.
Kevin Brune joins McGough in Dallas as technology and life sciences business development manager. He brings more than 25 years of experience in sales growth and strategic account management across technical and health care markets.
His responsibilities will include developing client relationships and expanding McGough’s presence in advanced technology, life sciences and health care sectors throughout the region.
Monika Melendez joins the Dallas office as business development manager. She brings more than a decade of architecture, engineering and construction industry experience and will focus on opportunities in health care, higher education and municipal markets.
Melendez also serves as membership co-chair for the Association of Medical Facility Professionals North Texas, giving her an established connection to the region’s health care facilities community.
Kris Lukert joins McGough as business development manager for West Texas. He will focus on increasing awareness of McGough’s construction capabilities, developing client partnerships and identifying new project opportunities.
Lukert's experience includes construction materials, manufacturing and industrial sales, including leadership responsibilities in rebar fabrication and supply. That background provides experience with the construction and industrial markets McGough is targeting across West Texas.
The appointment gives McGough dedicated business development leadership for a market that includes its Lubbock operations and broader West Texas region.
The three appointments build on McGough’s broader strategy of combining national project capabilities with local market knowledge.
The contractor serves sectors including data centers, education, health care, high technology and life sciences, industrial, manufacturing, municipal and government, and power and energy.
