MEB General Contractors has added an experienced AEC marketing professional to its leadership team as the company strengthens its marketing, communications and business development support functions. Katie Miller, CPSM, has joined MEB as director of marketing and communications.

Miller brings more than two decades of experience spanning marketing, design and communications within the architecture, engineering and construction industry.

Miller to Lead Marketing and Pursuit Functions

In her new role, Miller will oversee MEB’s marketing, communications and pursuit functions. Her responsibilities include guiding strategies and teams that support the company’s growth and long-term business objectives.

Her background includes developing marketing programs and communications strategies while building relationships with clients, colleagues and industry partners.

Miller earned her degree from Old Dominion University and holds the Certified Professional Services Marketer designation. She is also involved with the Society for Marketing Professional Services, a professional organization serving marketing and business development professionals in the AEC industry.

MEB Strengthens Corporate Communications

Miller’s appointment adds specialized leadership to MEB’s efforts to communicate its project work, company growth and employee-owner initiatives.

Her experience across marketing, design and communications is expected to support MEB’s pursuit activities while helping coordinate how the general contractor presents its capabilities and project experience to clients and industry partners.

MEB operates from its headquarters in Chesapeake, Virginia, and provides construction services across multiple markets, including water and wastewater infrastructure.
