Growing demand for logistics and industrial space continues to drive warehouse development across Middle Tennessee. MYCON has started construction on Airpark East Phase II, a new Class A industrial facility that expands the Airpark Commerce Center and adds capacity for distribution and manufacturing users in the Nashville market.
MYCON, in partnership with Hamilton Creek Partners, has commenced construction on Airpark East Phase II, a 318,250-square-foot industrial building within the Airpark Commerce Center in Nashville.
The project follows the successful completion of Airpark Phase I, a 204,500-square-foot logistics facility also constructed by MYCON. Located near Nashville International Airport and key highway corridors, the new development is designed to accommodate distribution, logistics and light manufacturing tenants seeking access to regional transportation infrastructure.
Project partners and subcontractors gathered in June to mark the start of construction.
Airpark East Phase II is intended to expand industrial capacity in one of the Southeast's fastest-growing logistics markets. The facility will provide modern industrial space to support business expansion and regional economic activity while strengthening the overall Airpark Commerce Center development.
The project also continues MYCON's partnership with Hamilton Creek Partners and adds to the contractor's growing portfolio of industrial developments across the United States.
