  • 2.2-Acre Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) Sale (South Plainfield, N.J.): Orchestrated the seller representation and buyer acquisition of 00 Harmich Rd., executing the sale of a rare, high-demand IOS parcel for an undisclosed price in a compressed seven-week timeframe.
  • 16,800 SF Landlord Representation Lease (Bridgewater, N.J.): Represented the landlord in securing a long-term lease with industrial plating and mechanical services provider Hard Chrome Solution at 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Building B, leveraging the property’s premium connectivity to I-287 and Route 22.
  • ±7,826 SF Industrial Building on ±3.52 Acres – IOS Sale (Cliffwood, N.J.): Orchestrated the seller representation and buyer acquisition of 450 County Rd., executing the sale of an industrial property situated on ±3.52 acres for an undisclosed price.
