With over 25 years of service at Neagley & Chase, Higgins has become a cornerstone of the firm’s operations, known for his collaborative approach, deep industry knowledge, and practical problem-solving skills. Over the years, he has built lasting partnerships with subcontractors, trade partners, and clients that have helped solidify the company’s reputation for delivering quality and reliability across multiple sectors.
Higgins joined Neagley & Chase in 2001 as a Field Engineer and steadily progressed through several key leadership positions, including Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President. His hands-on field experience and strategic insight have played a crucial role in shaping the firm’s project management systems and operational growth.
A graduate of Norwich University, Higgins holds both a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and an MBA, equipping him with a strong foundation in both technical and business leadership.
