LONDONDERRY, NH — North Branch Construction has officially broken ground on The Village on Technology Hill, a transformative mixed-use development in Londonderry. This exciting project will feature a combination of residential, industrial, retail, and community spaces designed to foster a vibrant, sustainable community that meets the growing needs of the region.

The Village on Technology Hill will be built in three distinct zones, each catering to various needs. The industrial zone, situated to the east, will house a 160,000-square-foot building for Envision Technology, a 20,000-square-foot building for OnPoint Systems, and a 5,000-square-foot office building for the Solinsky Family Office and Foundation. Additionally, a 60,000-square-foot build-to-suit industrial building and a 12,000-square-foot building pad-ready site will offer future development opportunities.

The residential zone, located to the west of the industrial area, will feature 440 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments spread across nine buildings. A central community building, vibrant village green with playground, dog park, and picnic tables, along with a walking/jogging parcourse in a wooded area, will offer residents a dynamic living environment. All buildings will include photovoltaic solar panels, contributing to the development’s sustainability goals.

A retail store and childcare center will be located at the north entrance, providing easy access to everyday needs. The childcare center will cater to both residents and nearby employees. A covered bus stop will also be incorporated for easy public transportation access.

Bruce Blazon, General Manager and Principal of North Branch Construction, expressed enthusiasm for the project: “We are proud to be part of such an exciting and forward-thinking project. The Village on Technology Hill will not only support local businesses and provide much-needed housing, but it will also foster a sense of community with its thoughtful design and a wide range of amenities. We look forward to working with Londonderry Holdings, LLC and all of the parties involved in bringing this vision to life.”

The development will also feature a pedestrian-friendly bridge connecting the residential area with the main entrance, ensuring convenient access for both residents and visitors.

Architectural design is provided by Stone River Architects of Bedford, with civil and structural engineering services supporting the project.
