North Branch Construction has expanded its business development team with the appointment of Garrett Soucy as business development manager, adding an executive with 18 years of experience in client development and relationship management across New England’s construction and industrial markets.

Based in Concord, New Hampshire, North Branch provides construction management, design-build and general contracting services for commercial, institutional, municipal, healthcare, industrial and multifamily projects.

Soucy Brings Regional Business Development Experience

Soucy has spent 18 years working in business development, with experience building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities in construction and industrial markets.

In his new position, he will work on maintaining existing customer relationships while developing new opportunities for North Branch. His responsibilities will also include supporting the company’s business development activities across New Hampshire and the broader New England region.
