
CHANTILLY, Va. — August 19, 2026 — Parsons has been selected as an awardee on the U.S. Space Force’s National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) Innovative Technology & Engineering – Space Test and Range (NITE-STAR) Capability Development multiple-award IDIQ contract.
The contract vehicle carries a shared ceiling of $981 million across all awardees and includes two five-year ordering periods. It is designed to accelerate the development of advanced space test and training capabilities for Space Force Guardians operating in increasingly complex and contested environments.
The NITE-STAR contract establishes an acquisition vehicle intended to accelerate innovative technologies for the Space Force's test and training enterprise. Parsons will bring capabilities in space systems, mission engineering, digital technologies and national security solutions to future task orders.
The initiative emphasizes advanced space and ground systems that can support realistic operational scenarios. Awardees were required to meet qualification criteria that included successful delivery of operational space vehicles and ground systems.
Parsons has decades of experience supporting national security space missions, with capabilities spanning space vehicles, satellite ground systems, space operations, cyber, digital engineering and systems integration.
The company said its NITE-STAR participation will combine these capabilities to support the Space Force's next generation of test and training requirements.
