PMG has secured a monumental $668 million loan for its Waldorf Astoria Residences project in downtown Miami, set to become Florida's tallest skyscraper at over 1,000 feet. Partners include Greybrook Realty Partners, Hilton, Mohari Hospitality, and S2 Development, with John Moriarty & Associates as the general contractor.
The development will feature 387 luxury residences and a 205-room hotel. This financing, managed by Kramer Levin, marks the largest residential loan in Florida's history. Additionally, a $400 million loan was secured for the Residences at Six Fisher Island project, highlighting Miami's booming luxury real estate market.
