The commercial construction and general contracting firm has finalized a lease for a 1,500-square-foot office at 1608 Firestone Lane, which will serve as a hub for its expanding operations and client base. The new location supports RJ Anderson Construction’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its presence throughout Northwest Indiana as demand for commercial and industrial construction projects continues to rise.
The transaction was facilitated by Latitude Commercial, a Crown Point-based commercial real estate firm. Julia Turner of Latitude Commercial represented RJ Anderson Construction, overseeing the property search and lease negotiations. Michael Siwietz of McColly Bennett Commercial Advantage represented the landlord.

The Valparaiso office is expected to enhance collaboration, improve operational efficiency, and provide a more centralized location to support projects across the region.
