Why It Matters

Infrastructure owners are increasingly required to evaluate capital investments alongside delivery strategy, operational requirements and long-term asset needs. Adding an executive with experience across transportation, aviation and construction management gives STV additional expertise for advising on those interconnected decisions.

For owners and developers managing complex infrastructure programs, the appointment highlights the importance of aligning capital planning and project execution with broader organizational objectives.
