Leadership development programs are giving engineering professionals opportunities to build management, communication and industry skills alongside their technical experience. STV engineer Ivanna Kaid Bay has been selected for the 2026 cohort of the ACEC Oklahoma Emerging Leaders Program.
The program is designed for rising engineering professionals identified as potential future leaders within their organizations. Participants receive leadership training and opportunities to engage with other professionals across Oklahoma.
Kaid Bay will participate in a series of leadership development sessions as part of the 2026 cohort. The program also provides exposure to industry issues and opportunities while encouraging professional networking.
Selection considered applicants' professional experience, leadership potential and involvement in the engineering industry.
Kaid Bay's participation adds a leadership-development component to her engineering career at STV. The program is expected to provide opportunities to strengthen leadership and communication capabilities while expanding professional connections across Oklahoma's engineering sector.
