Leadership appointments and professional distinctions are expanding STV’s representation within the construction management sector, with several of the firm’s leaders receiving national-level roles and recognition from the Construction Management Association of America. The appointments include new College of Fellows members and seats on the association’s National Board of Directors.
James Murphy, PE, CCM, FCMAA, and Harrison Staley, CCM, FCMAA, were selected for induction into the CMAA College of Fellows as part of the 2026 class. Khaled Naja, PE, CCM, FCMAA, who joined STV’s Advisory Board earlier this year, was also selected.
The College of Fellows supports professional development and industry leadership through mentoring, thought leadership and advisory activities for the construction management profession.
Murphy and Staley join Raoul Ilaw, PE, CCM, FCMAA, as STV representatives within the College of Fellows.
Naja brings infrastructure experience spanning project delivery, strategic planning and capital investment to the group.
Staley and Kristin McElroy, CCM, were elected to CMAA’s National Board of Directors, adding two STV leaders to the association’s national governance structure.
The appointments follow STV’s longstanding involvement with CMAA. Luis Delgado, president of STV’s program management and construction management operating group, previously served as chair of the association’s National Board in 2024.
Ilaw has also been invited to serve a one-year term as an ex officio board member, where he will provide advisory support to CMAA’s incoming chair.
The appointments increase STV’s representation in national construction management leadership and place several of its professionals in positions focused on industry development, mentorship and professional standards. For construction owners and project stakeholders, the broader participation connects STV leadership with national discussions affecting program and construction management practices.
