Team First Home Services has partnered with Holloway Plumbing, expanding its residential plumbing platform into Kerrville and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. The transaction adds a second named Texas partner for the platform following its earlier investment in Halls Rooter & Plumbing in Midland. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Holloway Plumbing provides residential plumbing services in Kerrville and surrounding Hill Country communities. The business will continue operating under the Holloway Plumbing name following the partnership.
The transaction gives Holloway access to Team First’s resources and capital while maintaining its existing local brand and operations. Available public information does not disclose Holloway’s revenue, employee count or transaction value.
Holloway’s service portfolio includes residential plumbing work such as water heater installation and repair, sewer services, water treatment and pipe repairs. Public contractor listings also identify the business as serving Kerrville and nearby communities.
Team First Home Services launched in 2025 as a residential services platform focused on plumbing, sewer, water and related home services. Backed by Grove Mountain Partners, Team First works with owner-led plumbing businesses and maintains local brands while providing additional resources to support operations and growth.
The Holloway partnership follows Team First’s previous investment in Halls Rooter & Plumbing in Midland. Together, the two transactions establish the platform’s presence in both Midland and the Kerrville area.
Team First said it continues to seek partnerships with residential plumbing companies across the United States. The platform’s model centers on adding established local operators rather than replacing their existing market identities.
The Holloway partnership illustrates continued consolidation among residential plumbing businesses, with Team First expanding through partnerships with established local operators.
For plumbing business owners, the transaction provides another example of a PE-backed, plumbing-focused platform using regional partnerships to expand its operating footprint. The company’s Texas activity now includes named partners in Midland and the Texas Hill Country
