Terracon has appointed Jason Sander, P.E., as executive vice president of Services and Quality, expanding his leadership responsibilities across the national engineering and consulting organization.
Based in Olathe, Kansas, Sander will work with operations leaders to connect organizational strategy with consistent service delivery across Terracon’s service lines and market sectors. His new responsibilities include supporting growth while strengthening the relationship between quality, operations and client service.
Before taking the new position, Sander served as Terracon’s senior vice president of ERP modernization. He also previously held the roles of senior vice president and national director for Materials Engineering Services.
His experience includes engineering and organizational leadership responsibilities across several areas of Terracon’s business. Sander is a licensed professional engineer in Ohio and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering and a master’s degree in geotechnical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Sander has also participated in professional and workforce development organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Concrete Institute. His industry involvement has included workforce development initiatives and construction industry organizations.
In his new position, Sander will work with operational leadership to support consistent execution across Terracon’s nationwide operations.
The role brings together service delivery and quality responsibilities with broader organizational growth objectives. For engineering and construction clients, those functions can affect consistency in technical services, project execution and coordination across multiple disciplines.
Terracon operates as an employee-owned multidisciplinary consulting organization with more than 200 locations nationwide. Its services include geotechnical, materials, environmental and facilities consulting, among other engineering and technical disciplines.
Sander’s appointment places leadership responsibility for services and quality within a role focused on coordinating those capabilities across Terracon’s national platform.
