According to TAB, this year’s competition received a record-breaking 950 entries across 189 elite categories, showcasing the exceptional caliber of talent and innovation shaping Texas’ residential construction industry.

For 2025, judges faced a particularly competitive field, reflecting a dynamic market where design innovation, craftsmanship, and marketing ingenuity continue to elevate the housing industry.

This year’s winners will be revealed on July 30, during an in-person awards celebration held on the final day of the Sunbelt Builders Show™ at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas.
