Tindall Corporation has completed its acquisition of Atlanta Structural Concrete (ASC), expanding its precast concrete manufacturing network and increasing its capacity to serve commercial and infrastructure projects across the Southeastern United States.

The acquisition integrates ASC's operations into Tindall's business, with the company now operating as ASC, A Tindall Company. The move enhances Tindall's ability to deliver engineered precast and prestressed concrete solutions while strengthening its manufacturing footprint in Georgia and surrounding markets.
Headquartered in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Tindall said the addition of ASC brings a PCI-certified production facility and nearly 100 employees into its operations. The acquisition broadens the company's capabilities in preconstruction design, engineering, manufacturing, project management, and installation services.
Company President and CEO Cheryl Lang said ASC's experience, technical expertise, and customer-focused approach complement Tindall's operations and position the combined organization to provide greater value to customers and project partners throughout the region.
ASC's facility and workforce have been fully integrated into Tindall's operations following the completion of the transaction.
The acquisition increases Tindall's manufacturing capacity and supports the company's continued growth strategy across Georgia and the broader Southeast construction market.
Founded in 1959, Atlanta Structural Concrete is one of the oldest precast concrete companies in the Atlanta area and is recognized as a certified producer member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. The company has built a reputation for delivering engineered precast and prestressed concrete products supported by in-house design and engineering expertise.
Tindall, one of North America's largest precast concrete manufacturers, operates multiple facilities across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and South-Central United States, providing engineering, manufacturing, transportation, and installation services for precast building systems and underground utility infrastructure.
The acquisition expands Tindall's production capacity and engineering resources at a time when demand for prefabricated construction solutions continues to grow. For developers, contractors, and infrastructure owners, the expanded manufacturing network is expected to improve access to precast concrete products and enhance project delivery capabilities across the Southeast.
