Total Fire Protection has expanded its fire and life safety platform into Pennsylvania through the addition of Victory Fire Protection, a Pottstown-based sprinkler contractor. The move gives Total Fire Protection its first Pennsylvania location and expands its network to nine locations across five states.
The transaction brings Victory’s established sprinkler operations into Total Fire Protection’s broader service platform while retaining local leadership. Digger Weigand, Victory’s current owner and president, will continue to lead the Pennsylvania operation.
Founded in 1993, Victory Fire Protection provides fire sprinkler services to residential and commercial customers throughout Pennsylvania. Its capabilities include system design, installation, inspections, testing, maintenance, retrofits, repairs and 24-hour emergency support.
The Pottstown operation will continue serving existing customers while gaining access to Total Fire Protection’s broader resources and service capabilities.
Victory was founded by Vic and Sue Weigand and is currently led by Digger Weigand. His continued leadership provides continuity for the Pennsylvania operation following the transaction.
The addition also gives Victory customers access to Total Fire Protection’s Total Fire & Security and Total Industrial Solutions divisions.
The expanded service offering includes fire alarm and security system design, installation and monitoring, along with industrial fire protection systems. Industrial capabilities include dry chemical and foam suppression, flame detection and fire pump services.
Total Fire Protection also provides sprinkler inspections, testing and maintenance, special-hazard testing and 24-hour emergency response.
The Pennsylvania expansion broadens Total Fire Protection’s geographic reach while adding a local sprinkler operation to its multi-state platform. For fire protection contractors and owners, the transaction reflects continued consolidation within the fire and life safety market, with established local operators becoming part of larger service networks.
The company said it intends to continue pursuing partnerships with fire protection businesses as it expands its national footprint.
