Construction owners Editorial Team

Construction has officially begun on Lakeview Ridge, a new gated residential neighborhood by Tri Pointe Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Located in the scenic NorthShore enclave of Lake Las Vegas, the community expands the builder’s growing presence in one of the region’s most high-profile master-planned destinations.

Designed to take advantage of lakefront elevation and dramatic desert topography, Lakeview Ridge is being developed on 53 elevated homesites, offering future residents a combination of privacy, views, and upscale amenities. The neighborhood is positioned off Highland Shores Drive and Lakestone Place, creating a quiet edge while maintaining walkable access to Lake Las Vegas recreation.

Designer Bobby Berk to Shape the Model Home Experience

Three model homes are currently under construction and will be merchandised by renowned design personality Bobby Berk, the Emmy-winning author and TV host. His collaboration will introduce a curated design perspective that blends wellness, livability, and contemporary desert aesthetics.

Division President of Tri Pointe Homes Las Vegas, Klif Andrews, emphasized the value of the partnership and the setting, stating:
“We’re excited to be expanding in Lake Las Vegas with a neighborhood that celebrates the excellent quality of life this community offers. It’s always a pleasure collaborating with Bobby, and Lakeview Ridge is no exception. Together, we’re creating an experience that really captures what makes living in Lake Las Vegas so unique. His signature approach to wellness, beauty and livability aligns perfectly with the premium lifestyle we’re seeking to create at Lakeview Ridge.”

The grand opening is anticipated for early 2026, showcasing interiors and architecture tailored to a luxe yet practical resort-style lifestyle.

Architectural and Outdoor-Living Focused Design

Tri Pointe Homes is working with Bassenian Lagoni Architects and ABLA landscape architects to create a neighborhood centered on comfort, privacy, and outdoor connection. The community will feature one- and two-story designs ranging from approximately 2,579 to 3,991 square feet, offering:

  • 3 to 5 bedrooms
  • 2.5 to 4.5 baths
  • Two- to three-car garages
  • Gated courtyards
  • Private outdoor-living access from primary suites
  • Flexible interior rooms for offices, wellness spaces, studios, or lounges

While one floor plan is a single-story option, the two remaining plans are two-story designs that include elevated decks, providing residents with vantage points to enjoy views of mountains and the lake.

Energy-Efficient Living With “LivingSmart” Technology

Lakeview Ridge homes will be built using Tri Pointe’s LivingSmart program, which integrates new materials, high-performance building practices, water-saving innovations, and energy-efficient technology. The system spans five categories — HealthSmart, EnergySmart, EarthSmart, WaterSmart, and HomeSmart — designed to reduce operating costs and environmental impact over time.

These efficiencies are expected to offer significant long-term value in Southern Nevada, where sustainable cooling, smart home systems, and water conservation are increasingly sought after.

An Elevated Lake Las Vegas Lifestyle

Residents of Lakeview Ridge will have access to the wider Lake Las Vegas experience, including:

  • Miles of scenic walking and cycling trails
  • Water recreation activities on a 320-acre lake
  • Access to two golf clubs and a sports club
  • Dining, shopping, and events at The Village at Lake Las Vegas
  • Short driving distance to greater Las Vegas entertainment, resorts, and cultural venues

The location positions Lakeview Ridge as a luxury enclave that blends tranquil resort living with proximity to world-class urban experiences.

Home Pricing & Availability

Pricing for Lakeview Ridge is expected to begin in the high $800,000s, making it an upscale offering within the region’s growing luxury home market. Interested buyers can join the interest list through Tri Pointe Homes’ official site.
