Healthcare owners are continuing to invest in upgraded facilities that consolidate clinical services and improve capacity within established medical campuses. In Cincinnati, Turner has reached substantial completion of the first phase of a new ambulatory services building at Good Samaritan Hospital, advancing TriHealth's broader $240 million campus modernization program.
The new Ambulatory Services Building spans 168,000 square feet across five stories. The facility is designed to bring several healthcare functions into a single building, including a new emergency department, an expanded surgical institute, neurosciences, cancer and blood care, heart and vascular services, and women's services.
The project also expands the hospital's diagnostic imaging capabilities. The combination of clinical and diagnostic functions is intended to support the hospital's evolving service requirements while improving how patients access care across the campus.
Turner delivered the work in an active hospital environment. The construction program builds on Turner and Good Samaritan Hospital's longstanding relationship, with Turner having performed renovation and expansion work at the campus since the 1980s.
