Turner-FH Joint Venture has been selected to build a new AdventHealth hospital in Louisville, Colorado, adding a major healthcare facility to the region’s medical infrastructure.
The planned hospital will span 373,000 square feet across five stories on a 40-acre campus. The development is intended to increase care capacity and improve access to healthcare services for communities in the surrounding area.
The project represents an investment in Colorado’s healthcare infrastructure as providers respond to regional care needs. The new inpatient facility is designed to support AdventHealth’s delivery of medical services through an expanded hospital campus.
Construction is scheduled to begin in fall 2026, with completion anticipated in early 2029. Turner-FH Joint Venture will oversee delivery of the facility.
Scott Bustos, vice president at Turner, said the company was honoured to support AdventHealth’s healthcare mission and described the project as an investment in Colorado’s healthcare future. He also pointed to Turner’s experience in healthcare construction.
The development adds to the companies’ work in healthcare facilities, where construction planning must accommodate the operational and infrastructure requirements of inpatient care. Once completed, the hospital is expected to strengthen the region’s healthcare capacity.
