Turner JV Hits Milestone on $185 Million Texas A&M-Fort Worth Project

Topping out signifies progress on the Law and Education Building, which will support the University’s professional programs.
Turner Construction Company, in partnership with CARCON Industries and Source Building Group, celebrated a key achievement with the topping-out of the Law and Education Building at Texas A&M-Fort Worth. This event marks the completion of vertical construction for the building, a significant step in the project’s development.
The eight-story, 238,000-square-foot structure will house several professional programs, including those from Texas A&M University, Tarleton State University, the Texas A&M School of Law, and disciplines such as engineering, agriculture, emergency management, and health sciences. This facility represents the first phase of a multi-phase project aimed at establishing the Texas A&M University System Campus in downtown Fort Worth. The building is designed to foster strong academic-industry partnerships that will prepare students for career success while also driving regional economic development.
