Wisconsin-based VisuSewer, a leading wastewater infrastructure services provider, has announced the successful acquisition of MOR Construction Services, a Glen Mills, Pennsylvania–based company specializing in commercial and utility wastewater infrastructure. The deal marks a significant step in VisuSewer’s ongoing expansion strategy and strengthens its footprint across the Mid-Atlantic region, including Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.
