Wells has added Amanda Vert to its project development team in Colorado, expanding its regional focus on prefabricated building systems and early project collaboration with architects, engineers and contractors.
Based in Brighton, Colorado, Vert will work across the Mountain States region to increase awareness of Wells’ prefabricated building solutions and connect project teams with appropriate building systems during the design process.
Vert brings nearly a decade of experience in building envelopes. Her career began in manufactured stone veneer before moving into glass systems and broader commercial construction work. Her project experience includes large-scale multifamily developments, where she worked with architects on facade specifications and design details.
Vert serves as director of the board for CSI Denver and is an AIA Allied Member. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University.
Her experience across building-envelope systems and commercial construction adds technical and project-development expertise to Wells’ Mountain States operations. The role will involve collaboration with design and construction professionals as projects move through early planning and solution selection.
Wells provides prefabricated building systems and related services for construction projects across the United States. Vert’s appointment places additional emphasis on connecting project teams with prefabricated solutions during design and specification development.
For architects, engineers and contractors, early coordination can help align building-system selection with project requirements before construction begins. Vert’s role will focus on that coordination across Colorado and the broader Mountain States region.
