Leadership Promotions Support BUILD 2030 Strategy

Granger said the promotions reinforce its regional operating model, which emphasizes speed, accountability and deep market knowledge, while maintaining consistent enterprise-wide standards for safety, quality and innovation.

Both Havranek and Ramsey have played key roles in strengthening Granger’s brand presence within their regions by building trusted client relationships, developing high-performing teams and consistently delivering complex projects. The company said their leadership has helped expand strategic opportunities and unify regional teams around a shared vision for long-term growth.

Experienced Leaders Tapped to Drive Regional Growth

Havranek brings more than 20 years of construction experience spanning CM-at-Risk, Design-Build and Design–Bid–Build delivery methods. He originally joined Granger in 2006 as a Project Engineer, later returning in 2020 to lead complex programs as a Senior Project Manager. Most recently, he served as Regional Director for Southeast Michigan, where he helped activate Granger’s Corktown office to support expanding operations in Metro Detroit.

His project portfolio includes mission-critical, civic and community developments such as the LEED® Gold Detroit Arsenal Administration Building & Parking Structure, the State of Michigan DTMB Caro Psychiatric Hospital, Ann Arbor Public Schools renovations, the Jackson YMCA, and multiple K-12 and healthcare facilities across Michigan and Washington. In his new role, Havranek will continue advancing the BUILD 2030 strategy by strengthening market presence, developing talent and promoting a collaborative, safety-first culture.

Margie Ramsey to Oversee Ohio Growth

Ramsey brings more than 22 years of construction leadership experience to her expanded role. Since joining Granger in 2022 as Regional Director of Ohio, she has built a reputation as a hands-on leader known for strong process discipline, clear communication and people-focused leadership.

Her project experience includes major justice and healthcare facilities such as the Wood County Jail Expansion, Stark County Jail, Greene County Justice Center, Lorain County Jail, and multiple programs with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. As Regional Vice President, Ramsey will continue leading Granger’s Ohio operations with a focus on coaching emerging talent, fostering accountability and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
