PHOENIX — Nox Group, a hyper-scale industrial builder headquartered in Phoenix, has announced a broad slate of executive promotions and organizational realignments aimed at supporting accelerating nationwide demand for mission-critical industrial facilities, including data centers, semiconductor manufacturing plants, and water and wastewater infrastructure.
One of Arizona’s fastest-growing construction companies, Nox Group said the leadership changes will strengthen operational scalability, expand technical depth, and enhance execution capacity as the firm takes on larger and more complex industrial projects across the U.S. The promotions span the parent organization and its four operating companies: electrical subcontractor Corbins; self-perform water and wastewater contractor RMCI; virtual construction design and fabrication firm Nox Innovations; and tagging solutions provider Construction Labels.
Expanded Leadership Structure Supports National Industrial Growth
The expanded executive team also supports new and evolving functions across project delivery, fabrication, internal operations, accounting, field support, and long-term scalability. As part of the realignment, Nox Innovations has refined its internal structure by separating virtual design and virtual construction into two distinct departments, a move designed to improve coordination between modeling teams and field operations.
“Seeing our leaders step into these expanded roles is something I’m really proud of,” said Justin Martin, CEO of Nox Group. “These are talented people who’ve been part of our growth for a long time, and this structure gives them the room and span of control to keep pushing the company forward. As the work ramps up, having the right folks leading the charge is what will keep us successful for years to come.”

The following executive promotions were announced across Nox Group’s Arizona-based leadership team:

Company leaders said the promotions reflect a long-term investment in internal talent development as Nox Group scales its national footprint.
Regional Promotions Signal Continued Expansion Into New Markets
In addition to its Arizona leadership changes, Nox Group is advancing executives in key regional markets. Lee Sneddon, who has led operations in San Marcos, Texas, for several years, was promoted to senior vice president of scalability. Lane Moore, previously senior vice president of operations for Corbins, has been selected to spearhead the launch of new operations in Reno, Nevada.
“The industry is moving fast, and the scale of projects coming our way demands a strong and focused leadership bench,” said Greg Ayres, president and COO of Nox Group. “These changes put the right people in the right spots so we can keep delivering for our customers and stay ahead of the growth. It’s a big step forward for our company and for the work we’re doing across the country.”
Nox Group said the leadership expansion positions the company to better serve clients across high-growth industrial sectors while maintaining a people-first culture as it continues to expand nationwide.
