A.C.E. Building Service, a Manitowoc-based construction firm, has kicked off four significant construction projects across eastern Wisconsin, underscoring its growing presence in the region’s commercial and industrial development sectors.
As reported yesterday (May 7), A.C.E. Building Service is serving as the primary contractor for Rush Logistics’ new expansion in Two Rivers. The project involves building a 6,000-square-foot facility in the Woodland Industrial Park to support the logistics company’s growing operations.

Alongside the Rush Logistics project, A.C.E. is tackling several other builds. The company has broken ground on the Growth Garage storage facility, a 2,800-square-foot storage building located at 1010 34th Street in Two Rivers, designed to offer additional storage solutions for businesses and individuals in the area.
In Denmark, A.C.E. is constructing a new branch for Bank First. This 7,600-square-foot facility will expand the bank’s footprint in northeastern Wisconsin, offering enhanced banking services to the Denmark community.
The largest of A.C.E.’s recent projects is a 15,800-square-foot manufacturing facility for SSL Industries, located in Sheboygan Falls. This facility aims to bolster SSL Industries’ manufacturing capabilities and support its continued growth in the industrial sector.
Company leadership expressed enthusiasm about the diverse range of projects. “We’re proud to partner with businesses throughout eastern Wisconsin to help them grow and serve their communities,” an A.C.E. spokesperson said. “Each project represents a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality construction tailored to our clients’ needs.”
In recent years, A.C.E. Building Service has steadily expanded its project portfolio, focusing on commercial, industrial, and institutional builds across Wisconsin. The company’s involvement in these four new projects highlights both its versatility and its commitment to supporting local economic development.
Construction is already underway on all four sites, with completion dates expected later this year and early next year, depending on project timelines and permitting.
The company’s latest slate of projects also reflects broader trends in Wisconsin’s construction industry, where demand for industrial facilities, banking services, and storage solutions continues to rise.
