BBL has completed construction of the Hyatt House at Mohawk Harbor, delivering a 73,150-square-foot hotel with 100 guest rooms.
The five-story building features a structural system consisting of a steel podium supporting wood-frame construction, a common approach for mid-rise hospitality developments that balances structural performance and construction efficiency.
Half of the hotel's guest rooms are configured for extended-stay use, while all accommodations provide either river or harbor views.
The completed hotel includes an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, meeting space, guest laundry facilities, on-site breakfast service, a bar and an outdoor patio overlooking Mohawk Harbor.
