Automotive dealership owners continue to invest in facility modernization to improve customer experience and increase service capacity. BBL has completed the renovation and expansion of the Nucar Nissan of Keene dealership, delivering upgraded sales areas and a new service facility designed to support growing maintenance operations.

The project included renovations to approximately 11,874 square feet of the existing dealership.
Work expanded the showroom and vehicle sales areas while adding new offices, conference rooms, customer amenities, a redesigned parts counter, additional storage space, and two quick lube bays.
Exterior improvements included installation of new aluminum composite material (ACM) panels, repainting of existing metal siding, and construction of a new thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system over the showroom.
In addition to renovating the existing dealership, BBL constructed a 9,560-square-foot service building to increase vehicle maintenance capacity.
The new facility includes nine service bays, two wash bays, and one alignment bay, providing additional space to accommodate service operations as customer demand grows.
The expansion is intended to improve workflow efficiency while supporting higher service volumes at the dealership.
For dealership owners and commercial developers, facility modernization projects continue to focus on balancing customer-facing improvements with expanded service operations that generate long-term revenue. Investments in larger service departments, upgraded retail spaces, and improved operational layouts can help dealerships accommodate increasing maintenance demand while enhancing the customer experience.
