Employee workplace experience is becoming an increasingly visible measure of construction industry performance, and The Beck Group has earned a national ranking based on employee feedback. The company placed No. 15 in the small and medium company category of the 2026 Best Workplaces in Construction list.

National Workplace Ranking

The Beck Group's 2026 ranking represents its first appearance on the national Best Workplaces in Construction list.

Great Place to Work evaluated employee responses from certified construction organizations for the ranking. More than 64,000 employees participated in the construction-industry survey used for the 2026 list.

Companies with 10 to 999 employees were evaluated in the small and medium category, while organizations with at least 1,000 employees competed in the large-company category.

Employee Feedback and Workplace Programs

Employee feedback has been used by Beck to inform workplace initiatives involving professional development, leadership development, compensation transparency and long-term incentives.

The Beck Group collects employee input through its annual Employee Experience Survey, company town halls and other internal feedback channels.

The company also holds Great Place to Work Certification and was recognized as a 2026 Best Workplace in Texas.

How the Construction Ranking Is Determined

Great Place to Work uses its Trust Index Survey as part of its workplace evaluation process. The broader annual workforce study draws on more than 1.3 million survey responses representing companies with more than 7.3 million employees.

The construction ranking considers employees' workplace experiences across job roles and employment circumstances. The 2026 construction list uses responses from employees at companies that had completed Great Place to Work certification.

Why It Matters

Construction companies continue to compete for skilled professionals across project management, design, engineering, estimating and field operations. Employee-based workplace rankings provide another measure that owners and industry leaders can consider when evaluating workforce practices and organizational performance.

Beck's national ranking places its workplace practices within a broader industry benchmark based on employee feedback rather than company-submitted claims.
