Leadership Transition

Rashmi Menon has been appointed Chief People Officer, becoming the first executive to hold the position at Burns & McDonnell. She will oversee the company's human resources, corporate communications, community impact, events and programs, and people change management teams.

Menon joined Burns & McDonnell in 2020 and most recently served as vice president and general manager for the California Region, where she led teams delivering infrastructure projects across aviation, energy, environmental, industrial, municipal and technology markets.

The company said Pablo Lorenzo will assume leadership of the California Region as Menon transitions into her new role.

  • Parker Logan, Construction Director for Oil, Gas & Chemical, Construction Group

The promotions are intended to strengthen leadership capacity as the employee-owned engineering and construction firm continues to expand its operations.
