Caroline Raffetto

BELLE, W.Va. — Clean-Seas West Virginia (CSWV), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clean Vision Corporation, has officially commenced construction on its Plastic Conversion Network (PCN) facility in Belle, West Virginia. The plant, designed to address plastic waste while generating sustainable fuel solutions, marks a major milestone in the company’s commitment to clean energy innovation.

Clean-Seas West Virginia Begins ...

The 60,000-square-foot facility will initially process 50 tons of plastic feedstock per day, with scalability planned for future expansion. The West Virginia site will serve as a key component of Clean-Seas’ growing global PCN initiative, aimed at transforming plastic waste into valuable resources.

“Today marks a major milestone in the growth of our company,” said Dan Bates, CEO of Clean Vision Corporation.
“Breaking ground on the West Virginia facility has been highly anticipated, and we are eager to see this project come to fruition. This progress should be exciting not only for our shareholders and supporters but also for the new employees we will be bringing on in West Virginia.”

Facility Upgrades and State-of-the-Art Equipment

As part of the project, on-site crews have begun upgrading the core infrastructure, including:

🔹 Power, water, and drainage systems
🔹 Environmental health and safety protocols
🔹 Configuration for pyrolysis reactors and pre-processing equipment

Meanwhile, off-site vendors are fabricating:

🔸 Reactors, pipes, controls, and ancillary systems
🔸 Custom components for on-site installation in the coming months

Strategic Partnerships and State Support

The initiative is backed by the State of West Virginia and led by UPS Industrial Services, LLC, which serves as the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partner for the project.

“As the sole DMC and EMC manufacturer in the United States, the company will achieve high productivity and supply products with very little waste and emissions while also realizing various synergy effects with its newly acquired high-performance urethane systems business,” said Masato Izumihara, President and Representative Director of UBE.

Launch Timeline and Economic Impact

The PCN facility is expected to begin operations in August 2025, supporting:

✅ Plastic waste reduction and advanced recycling solutions
✅ Clean fuel production and alternative energy development
✅ Job creation and economic growth in West Virginia

By deploying pyrolysis technology, Clean-Seas will convert plastic waste into valuable fuel resources, aligning with its mission to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
