General contractor RIPA & Associates has begun initial work, marking a significant milestone for a project that has already attracted strong buyer interest.

Early construction is focused on upgrading the community seawall and conducting preliminary site preparation ahead of full infrastructure installation. Finished homesites are expected to be delivered by the end of 2025.
