GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Fans heading to Jacksonville for the annual Florida-Georgia rivalry game on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 3:30 p.m. should prepare for a different stadium experience this year, with ongoing construction at EverBank Stadium significantly altering normal game day operations.

Officials are urging fans to arrive early, review updated access routes, and expect delays as major renovation efforts continue to transform the facility into the “Stadium of the Future.”
According to the University of Florida Athletic Association, the construction zone will directly impact parking, stadium entry, and maneuverability inside the venue.
All parking lots will remain open, but Lots C, D and J will see partial disruptions due to construction. Fans can still travel around the venue, though the main concourse will be the only area allowing full 360-degree circulation.
Access between gates will be limited, and some traditional tailgating and gathering spaces will not be available. Entry security checkpoints could move more slowly than usual, and fans should allow extra time at arrival.
Officials emphasize using digital tickets to avoid delays:
“Don’t Wait Until the Gate” — fans should add Mobile Tickets to their digital wallets before arriving.
Gates open at 1:30 p.m., but anyone arriving after 2 p.m. should expect heavy delays.
To help with planning, stadium resources including updated parking and gate maps are available online at EverBankStadium.com.
Pedestrian paths outside the gates will remain open, though some walkways will shift. Ramps will serve as the most direct access point to the concourse for circulation around the stadium.
Elevators will remain restricted for guests with ADA needs, located inside the East and West Club areas (club ticket required), and at Gate 4 in the south end zone.
Stadium operations encourage fans to go straight to the gate listed on their ticket, reducing congestion in restricted areas.

The stadium also offers GEICO Game Day Shuttle service from Lots S, X, Z and Met Park:
Complimentary service runs 3 hours before kickoff and 1 hour after the game.
Fans supporting the Gators can line up near Gate 1 for the Gator Walk before 1 p.m., though construction will tighten viewing space.
Project leaders acknowledge the inconveniences but say the long-term benefits will be worthwhile:
“We have all eyes on Stadium of the Future and the important impacts on the Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville.”
The EverBank Stadium renovation — one of the most ambitious upgrades in NFL venue design — aims to modernize the home of the Jacksonville Jaguars while accommodating major events like the storied Florida-Georgia rivalry.
