Covering an expansive 14.2 acres, the development will feature 377 residences, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The project team for Ellison Nona consists of Forum Architecture & Interior Design, responsible for the project's architectural vision, and FaverGray, which will serve as the contractor. Kimley-Horn has been appointed as the civil engineer for the project. In addition, Flournoy Properties Group will be overseeing the management of the community once completed.
