Growing demand for electrical infrastructure and clean energy solutions continues to drive investment in domestic manufacturing capacity. Faith Technologies Incorporated has started construction on a new manufacturing facility in Monroe, Louisiana, a project expected to create more than 200 jobs and expand the company's production capabilities.

The 500,000-square-foot facility is being developed at 535 Highway 594, with FTI serving as the general contractor for the project.

Facility Expansion

The new manufacturing operation will support FTI's Excellerate business, which specializes in modular electrical assemblies and energy solutions used in construction and industrial applications.

The project carries an investment value of approximately $80 million and is scheduled for completion in spring 2027.

Initial hiring plans include positions for foremen, superintendents and manufacturing leads, with additional opportunities expected across entry-level, apprenticeship and support functions as operations expand.

Founded in 1972, FTI provides engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy services and employs more than 5,000 people nationwide.

Regional Economic Impact

Local and state economic development organizations have identified the project as a significant addition to Northeast Louisiana's manufacturing and industrial base.

The investment is expected to strengthen manufacturing capacity in Ouachita Parish while supporting workforce development and expanding the region's supply chain capabilities for energy and electrical products.

Industrial manufacturing projects tied to electrical infrastructure and energy technologies have become an increasingly important source of capital investment across the United States as companies seek to expand domestic production capabilities.

What This Means For Construction Owners

For construction owners and contractors, the new facility represents additional manufacturing capacity for modular electrical assemblies and energy-related products that support industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects.

The project also highlights continued investment in domestic manufacturing and supply chain expansion, areas that are becoming increasingly important as project owners seek reliable access to electrical equipment and prefabricated solutions. The addition of skilled manufacturing and apprenticeship opportunities may also help strengthen the regional workforce pipeline supporting future construction and industrial development.
