
OLD GREENWICH, Conn. — Star Equity Holdings, Inc. announced that its subsidiary, KBS Builders, Inc., has been awarded a $4.2 million contract to deliver a multifamily housing project in New Hampshire, reinforcing its growing presence across the New England market.

The contract includes the manufacturing of 36 modular units for six duplex-style buildings totaling 26,088 square feet. The development will serve as a residential assisted living facility and is designed with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.
Production is expected to begin in May, with delivery scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.
